I want to overhaul my blog. I want a different look and a directional purpose for it. I tried to change the template and it isn't working. Apparently I need Blogger Templates for Dummies.
Yes, I agree. Go to cutestblogontheblock.com and read how to install the template once you find one you like. You HAVE to have yours already in minima for any layout to work. :)

click on the little button on my blog it has lots of pretty templates, and it tells you what to do! Good Luck

I don't know minima is. I feel so out of touch with technology...
